There are many types of stainless steel springs, and their uses are also pervasive. Many customers go to the manufacturer for customization, and the quantity is large or small. When we order stainless steel springs, many customers will go to learn about them in detail. And many customers need to know what to pay attention to when buying springs. Next, I will introduce some points for attention.
1. First, the spring should be selected with a large force. In brief, the spring should be at least 10% of the initial tension of the tension spring.
2. Second, the distance from the conventional hook to the tension spring is about 75% of the inner diameter. And the force of the specified extension length between the hooks is not the deflection.
3. Third, a stainless steel spring that cannot achieve high stress needs to be matched with a compression spring with a tie rod.
4. Fourth, Tension springs are 10%-15% less stressed than compression springs, allowing overstretching and reducing hook stress during assembly.
5. Lastly, a full hook stretches under a load equivalent to about half a coil, so one loop deducts from the number of loops determined by design to allow the stretching of two hooks. For example, ten coil springs will have a load 10% lower. Each half-hook stretch is approximately equal to one-tenth of the loop.
