Cleaning procedures of stainless steel springs

During washing, please pay attention not to scratch the surface and avoid using bleach ingredients and detergent, steel wire ball (brush roller ball), abrasive tools that containing abrasive. In order to remove the detergent, wash the surface with clean water after washing.

• Dust and the dirty easy to remove – wash with soap, weak detergent or warm water;
• Label and film – wipe with warm water and weak detergent;
• Binder composition – use alcohol or organic solution;
• Contamination of fat, oil and lubricating oil – dry with soft cloth or paper and wash with neutral detergent or ammonia solution or special detergent;
• Bleaching agent and seed acid adhesion – wash with water immediately, soak in ammonia or neutral carbonated soda water solution, and then wash with neutral detergent or warm water;

• Too many rainbow stripes – use detergent or oil, and washing with warm water and neutral detergent;
• Discoloration due to high temperature when welding – wash with 10% nitric acid or hydrofluoric acid solution, and then neutralize with dilute solution of ammonia and soda carbonate, and then wash with water;
• Rust caused by surface contaminants – wash with nitric acid (10%) or abrasive detergent.
